About Us

FELICIA SOLEBO is a life-long resident of the West Garfield Park Community. Felicia is the President of Inner-City Challenge Chicago (ICC), a 501c3 Non-For-Profit Organization that serves under privileged and underserved neighborhoods. As a resident of the community, Felicia saw the need for better resources and has worked diligently with other Non-For-Profit organizations such as Bethel New Life, to give back to the community. In doing so, Felicia developed a stronger determination to help the community in which many of her family members and friends still reside. That determination turned into action and the result of her actions started the creation of ICC-Chicago. Through her Non-For-Profit, ICC Chicago, she has helped with social services in the West Garfield Park and Austin Communities. Felicia has self-sponsored community events for the last 15+ years throughout the West Garfield Park and Austin Communities. After a lot of challenging work, ICC-Chicago was also able to gain a few sponsorships with the Chicago Park District and NAACP, providing school supplies and other items. Felicia believes in supporting her community and utilizing the resources within to bring about community awareness. ICC-Chicago has hosted many events for residents and will continue to support the mission by providing resources to those in need of items such as food, personal items, school supplies and a host of other services within the community. The goal of ICC-Chicago is to bring awareness and aid to the community by partnering with businesses to implement Programs for Seniors, Adults and Youth within the community. All funds raised through donations are put back into the communities in which it serves. Felicia is a graduate of the City of Chicago Department of Environment Reentry Program “Chicago Greencorps” and continues to serve her community.
